We have many stores, restaurants, even a fitness center all within walking distance. Just to name a few: Target, Goodwill, Albertsons, Bashas, Safeway as well as Subway, Walgreens, Red White & Brew, Nando's Mexican Cantina, Barrow's Pizza, Kneaders Bakery, Raising Cane's Chicken, First Watch, Wendy's, and so much more!

Mesa Unified School District. The Elementary School is Falcon Hill, Fremont Jr High and Red Mountain High School.

We have one right here within the community. There is also Quail Run Off Leash Dog Area.

There are several. You can Bike the Maricopa County Desert Preserve directly behind our community. There is also Usery Mountain Regional Park, and Red Mountain District Park just to name a few.

Amenities include 24-hour access to all amenities, a seasonally heated pool. Fitness Center. barbeque grills, firepit and a fireplace in our community common area. Mediation Garden with Koi Pond.

We have a select section of assigned covered parking in our car carriages for a monthly fee. Otherwise all parking under carports, solar panels or uncovered parking is first come first serve at no additional charge.

All units have full size washer and dryers

We love pets! There are 2-pets allowed per apartment.

One time Non-refundable Pet Fee a one time Pet Deposit and monthly Pet rent per month per pet.

All Breed restrictions can be found on the front page of our website under the Amenities section.

We have a 24-Hour Pet Park and a Private wag-n-wash room with hot water and dryer available.

Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer.

We offer a wide selection of Lease Terms to fit your time frame and budget.

We offer corporate leases on a limited basis.

We have a parcel room with parcel lockers. If you need to receive a package that will not fit in the room or that is larger than the locker, please contact the office and we will try to assist or accommodate your delivery.

There are Weighted balls with a trampoline to bounce back and forth. Monkey and chin up bars. A ladder, and step up. A weight machine, free weights, and a leg and back machine. There is also a bike, treadmills, an elliptical and a Helix. With so many varieties you are bound to find your perfect options for your preferences.

We do have quiet hours. They are the same as the City of Mesa, from 10:00 PM through 7:00 AM. We do not have an fees for using community spaces or amenities.

We accept both appointments and walk ins.

The office is the first thing you see when you pull into our community.

Applications are available online. If you need any assistance our Leasing Specialist will be happy to assist you.

Application may be approved in as little as a few minutes to a couple of days. This all depends on how quickly the necessary required information is received.

Once your application has been approved you will pay the Security Deposit and any Prorated Rent. If you have a Pet(s) you will need to pay the associated charges at the time of move in.

Ask lots of questions. We are here to help! For instance you will want to know about when rent is due. What are late fees. Where do you properly dispose of trash. How to add on or remove a roommate. Who do you give proper notice when you are moving out. What if you need to move in the middle of your lease. Everything including but not limited to how to work the appliances. Also what utilities you are responsible for.

You can pay online, with a WIPs account or with a personal or Cashier's Check in the office.

You can pay through the BILT app on your smart phone or through the BILT website on your PC.

RLL, Renters Legal Liability is charged with the monthly rent.

Because we require the Renters Legal Liability we do not require renter's insurance. However we highly recommend renter's insurance.

No utilities are included. You will pay for water, sewer, trash, RUBs, community utilities etc.… this will be added to the monthly rent through third party. It will vary each month depending on occupancy and usage and is always billed in arrears. EX: January's utilities are paid with March rent. February's utilities will be paid with April's rent, so on and so forth. Therefore you will have a final utility bill after you move out.

You will need to contact SRP for electric at lease three days prior to your move in date. If you wish to have internet and or cable you will contact COX at MyCoxQuickConnect.com on the day of move in with your smart phone. There is a modem already installed in your apartment that will get you connected in just a few minuets

We currently are offering a $200.00 Bonus. This is subject to change without notice.

Guests are allowed to visit for up to 7 day consecutive days, but no more than 14 days in one month.

We offer a wide selection of Lease Terms to fit your time frame and budget. The Longest Lease Term currently available is 15-months and has the best rate calculated in.

You may add on roommates but we do not allow subletting. All Residents over the age of 18 yrs must complete an application, pass a back ground check and credit check.

A Lease Break fee is equal to 2-months base rent. This must be paid at the time of the 60-Day written notice to vacate. Please note the fee does not cover the costs of rent.

Maintenance

Patch, paint, change batteries, change filter, check appliances, clean, carpet clean or replace.

Yes we have an onsite maintenance staff and maintenance is available 24-7 for any emergency emergencies.

You can call us, come into the office or log into the Resident Portal to submit your work order. We have an emergency line after hours for true emergencies.

Our maintenance team will evaluate to determine the best way to address the issue for the best outcome.

You do not have to be present. However, you can request to be home during the repair if preferred. Maintenance will enter with proper notice and secure your unit after completing the work.

During business hours, you can call or come into the office and we can let you into your apartment or provide you with a new key. You will be required to present your ID.

As long as it doesn't damage the Property or violate any lease terms

We are located at 2217 N Power RD. We are on the East side of Power, between McKellips and McDowell Rd. You can find all 3 roads have exits off the Loop 202. You can also
