Best complex I've lived in.

Great place to live!

I have lived here 2.5 years now. My apartment is very energy efficient and I am able to turn off the air during the day in ... the summer with a fan on and the temp stays below 80 usually even when it's well over 100 outside! I love my beautiful kitchen with tons of beautiful granite counter space. The office staff have always been super friendly and accommodating! All of my maintenance requests have been taken care of the day I put them in and the maintenance guys always get to stuff really quick in general. My place is just a little over 3 miles to work. I am able to get to most places in the East Valley within about 30 minutes. There is very minimal noise for the most part. I haven't heard any screaming kids or dogs barking non stop. I do live right next to a staircase so I hear noise from there on occasion, but it isn't usually disruptive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live!
